The hotel is directly connected to Tochomae Subway Station and a 5-minute walk from the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building. Shinjuku Train Station is a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute ride via the hotel's free shuttle. Amenities include a 24/7 fitness center, indoor pool, sauna, and whirlpool. A breakfast buffet featuring Western and Japanese options is available (currently with reduced service). Multiple restaurants and bars are on-site (Junisoh, Dynasty, Metropolitan Grill, Zatta, Marble Lounge, St. George Bar, and TSUNOHAZU dining floor), though some services may be reduced. Free WiFi is available in the lobby, Marble Lounge, and Executive Lounge (currently with reduced service). Airport shuttle, concierge, and valet parking are currently unavailable. Other amenities include a business center with free-use PCs and a beauty salon. A limousine bus service to/from Haneda and Narita airports is available (charges apply). Guests aged 6 and up are charged the same price as adults; please include them as adults when making a reservation. Additional beds will incur additional charges. Children under 6 do not receive an additional bed; please book accordingly. From June to October, the hotel will be undergoing room upgrades, including related plumbing work in the underground areas of the hotel.
