Rebate Program Agreement

Introduction

This Staze Rebate Program Agreement ("Agreement") supplements the Staze Terms & Conditions located at https://staze.com/legal/terms-and-conditions/. By using the Staze platform to book hotels for your business and opting into the Rebate Program, you agree to be bound by both this Agreement and the Terms & Conditions.

Rebate Program Overview

The Staze Rebate Program allows businesses to earn rebates on hotel stays booked through the Staze platform using your company account.

• Qualifying Spend: All hotel bookings made through your designated company account on Staze will contribute towards your cumulative annual hotel spend.
• Tiers: You will earn a base rebate of 2.50% on your first $100,000 of Qualifying Spend within 12 months of your first booking.
• Minimum Spend: There is no obligation to use Staze during this period, the minimum spend to qualify for this program is $0.

Minimum Payout and Payment Terms

• Rebates will be calculated and credited to your Staze account annually based on your Qualifying Spend in the preceeding year.
• A minimum threshold of $1,000 in earned rebates within a year needs to be reached for payout.
• We reserve the right to choose the payment method for rebates (e.g., bank transfer, virtual card).

Term and Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party. Both parties may terminate this agreement with 30 days notice.
