Use a booking profile on a shared login

Booking profiles are for teams who share one login, for example rotterdam@youragency.com. Each person books under their own name, so you can see who made each booking.

Not every team has booking profiles. If you don't see "Select Profile" after you log in, your team doesn't have them.

The first time you log in, click "Add profile". Enter your name, your own email address and your language. We email you to confirm the address. You can book before you confirm.

Each time you log in, click your profile, then book as usual.

At checkout you'll see "Booking as" and your name. To book as someone else, click "Switch profile". If no profile is chosen, you'll see "No profile selected." Click "Select profile", or book without one.

The booking and your bookings list show "Booked by" and your name. Booking emails still go to the shared email address, addressed to you.
